Last spring, I sang the praises of Nicole Richie’s fashion line, Winter Kate. And now I am thoroughly in love with the brand’s fall collection. The theme: gauzy blouses paired with leather bottoms. I totally adore the sweet-yet-tough vibe of this laser cut leather skirt, which looks awesome in both black and tan. See Nicole rocking the black version herself after the jump.
Hippie has never been my thing. And yet, I am always drooling over Nicole Richie’s amazing flower-child inspired style. I was a big fan of her jewelry collection House of Harlow when in came out in 2008. And now I am falling for her fashion label Winter Kate, which debuted in 2010 but this spring is seriously hitting it out of the ballpark. All three of these new Winter Kate dresses are the perfect balance of fresh and ’60s nostalgic. Not to mention that each looks like it would feel light and airy on a hot summer day.
So how did Richie come up with the name Winter Kater?
