What can I say? Kate Spade just speaks to me. The woman loves a black and white print, especially paired with a bright punch of color—just like I do. And I adore that Kate Spade looks are always demure and girly, but with enough of a wink to keep things from feeling too prim.
Which brings me to Kate Spade’s new collaboration with Florence Broadhurst, the legendary Australian wallpaper designer. When I saw this ad in a magazine this week, I freaked. Spade has taken Broadhurst’s designs from wall-wear to truly stunning dresses, like this one. Oh, and can we talk about this trimmed trench coat? Man, I wish I could live in this photo. But I’ll just have to dream, as the dress is $498 and the trench is $698. Sigh.
