I HATE going to the gym. I cannot seem to drag myself there and when I do, I hate every minute of it. I really want to tone up, but I can’t seem to do it without exercise. What should I do?

Working out sucks. I know it. You know it. Anyone who says otherwise is lying or crazy. Who wants to sweat and feel pain when you can lie in the park under a tree and read a book, or sit at a café with friends and sip iced tea? Not me. However, the hard and scary truth is—no one gets nearly enough activity these days and if we don’t get to the gym, our bodies will start to fall apart on us many years before we expect them to.
